These Terms & Conditions govern your use of IñigoSync, the online booking platform for Iñigos Sports Center (Brgy. Bocohan, Diversion Road, Lucena City). By creating an account, logging in, or booking a court through IñigoSync, you agree to the policies below. If you do not agree, please do not create an account or use the booking system.
1. Booking Guidelines
IñigoSync lets you check real-time court availability and reserve a schedule without needing to call, message, or visit the sports center in person.
- You must be logged in to a registered customer account to book a court.
- To make a booking, select a sport/court, then your preferred date and time slot. A booking summary showing the court, schedule, and total cost is shown before you confirm.
- Each time slot is reserved for one customer at a time.
- The information you provide when booking (name, mobile number) must be accurate — Iñigos Sports Center and its staff may use it to confirm, follow up on, or resolve issues with your reservation.
- Court rates and available sports are set by Iñigos Sports Center and may change; the rate shown at the time you book is the rate that applies to that booking.
2. Payment Policy
Payment for bookings is accepted on-site in cash. Online e-wallet payment through GCash is planned for IñigoSync and will be available once it is set up — when it is, you will be able to choose between a 50% downpayment (with the remaining balance payable on-site) or paying the full amount upfront. Until online payment is available, every booking is confirmed the same way: your reservation is recorded, and payment is completed in person at Iñigos Sports Center.

3. Attendance and No-Cancellation Policy
Once a booking is made, it cannot be cancelled. Bookings cannot be cancelled by you through your dashboard, and there is no self-service cancellation option.
Completed payments for bookings are non-refundable and cannot be converted to cashback, store credit, or any other form of reimbursement, as agreed to under this Terms & Conditions.
All bookings are subject to a fixed 30-minute grace period. You must arrive at Iñigos Sports Center within 30 minutes of your reserved start time. If you arrive more than 30 minutes after your reserved start time, your booking is automatically cancelled as a no-show and the court is released to other customers. A no-show booking is not refunded and cannot be rescheduled.
4. Personal Information Use
To create an account and process your bookings, IñigoSync collects your name, email address, mobile number, and your booking history. This information is used to:
- verify your identity when you log in;
- create, confirm, and manage your bookings;
- contact you about a reservation — for example, to confirm a booking or resolve a scheduling issue; and
- maintain accurate records for Iñigos Sports Center's operations.
Your account is protected by password-based authentication, and access to customer information within IñigoSync is restricted to authorized Iñigos Sports Center staff and administrators who need it to do their jobs. We do not sell your personal information, and service providers support authentication, storage, and embedded content as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may review and update your name and mobile number at any time in Account Settings. Your registered email address identifies your account and cannot be changed from within IñigoSync — contact Iñigos Sports Center directly if it needs to be updated.
5. Agreement Requirement
You must read and accept these Terms & Conditions to create a customer account on IñigoSync — this is required during registration and cannot be skipped. Continuing to use your account after these terms are updated means you accept the updated version.
Iñigos Sports Center may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time; changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date above.
