This notice explains how IñigoSync handles information when you use the booking service for Iñigos Sports Center, Brgy. Bocohan, Lucena Diversion Road, Lucena City, Quezon.
The sports center is confirming its detailed retention schedule and designated privacy contact. For now, send privacy questions through the contact address below.
Information used by the service
- Account details, including your name, email address, mobile number, and authentication information.
- Profile details you provide where requested, such as an address, birthdate, emergency contact, or profile photo.
- Reservations, selected courts or lanes, schedules, attendance, payment status, and transaction references recorded for your bookings.
- Session information needed to keep you signed in, your theme preference, and operational records needed to maintain account and booking security.
Why the information is used
The service uses these details to create and secure your account, manage requested reservations, record payments and attendance, contact you about bookings, and respond to support requests. Staff access is intended for the work required to operate the sports center.
Service providers and external content
Supabase supports authentication, database storage, and uploaded files. Authorized staff and administrators use the booking records to operate the service. Loading the embedded Google Map or Google-hosted fonts sends a request to Google, which can receive connection information such as your IP address and browser details. Google applies its own Privacy Policy.
PayMongo is a planned payment provider. It is not currently an active payment integration in this version of IñigoSync. This notice should be updated before that integration processes customer information.
Browser storage
IñigoSync stores your selected theme in your browser. Authentication uses local or session storage depending on your sign-in preference. Logging out removes the sign-in session. Avoid saving a persistent session on a shared device.
Retention and requests
A fixed retention period has not yet been published by the sports center. Ask the contact below for information about the records held for your account, their retention, and whether they can be deleted. Any required booking, accounting, or dispute records may need separate consideration.
You may request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate details, and deletion or restriction where applicable. You may also raise an objection or privacy concern.
